You don’t have to leave the city to enjoy fresh cheese from the countryside.
We opened in June 2012 with the goal of providing Shibuya-ku, and the city of Tokyo at large, fresh cheese.
The process of importing fresh cheese from Italy takes quite a bit of time, and unfortunately by the time it arrives to Japan the taste has slightly changed, or has been fortified with preservatives to help it last a little longer. Cheese from Hokkaido takes about 2-3 days to reach Tokyo, but we are able to quickly obtain milk from Tama area, Tokyo suburb and make cheese here in Shibuya, right center of Tokyo.
Here, we make our cheese in house everyday, several times in the day, for you to enjoy. Whether you are looking for a sandwich at lunch or a gathering spot for your friends to share a light meal of cheese and wine, or a small pizza, we hope you will consider stopping by for a visit.
